By providing high-level recruitment for industry leaders like Swift Networks, RT Briscoe, and VACC Technical, we quickly identified a systemic "disconnect." Candidates weren't lacking potential; they were lacking the specific skills employers actually needed.

To fix the bridge, we didn't just find talent; we built it.

• Impact: We trained over 5,000 candidates in employability skills.
• Innovation: We pioneered Graduate Trainee Programmes and revolutionized our hiring with Assessment Centre simulations and digital solutions.

As we deepened our relationships with business owners, we realized that hiring was only half the battle. Organizations were struggling with staff retention and structural integrity.

We evolved to meet this need by launching:

• The School of Performance: Capacity building on-demand platform for Managers and Executives
• About Jobs TV: A specialized arm focused purely on employability solutions.
• The CEO Drawing Board: This landmark project pivoted us from a local firm to a global brand, catching the eyes of industry captains and institutions across 100 countries.

Phase 3: The Global Consortium

Today, ACR Global is a multi-continental consortium. By identifying critical gaps in the African Franchise Industry, we attracted partners from the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Europe.
